Questions for my fellow twin mommy's

what is your twinkies sleep pattern like.
If you have/had sleeping issues, what did you do?
What's your typical feeding like? What did you start them on?

This would be a huge help for me.

My twins were a special situation because they were premies. But here is what I did:

They got VERY colicy for 3 months.

Everynight I swaddled them very snug. Held them with their back to me at an angle across my arm Very gently bounsed them and sometimes when all else failed they slept in their swings or papasan chair.

As far as Formulas... I think that is what you were meaning? I tried Regular Enfamil, Enfamil AR lipil-for spitup, And now I am on Enfamil ProSobee Lipil, for Common feeding problems. This one is working the BEST. Now the girls sleep GREAT at night, our schedule is: we all go to bed at 9pm. They eat and 1am I skip that diaper change, and at 5am they eat again. I change them at 5. It helps us to skip one change because they dont wake up as much.

Now that I have writen a novel, what are you dealing with. I had LOTS of sleeping issues, not just colic, maybe I could help.
Mine have never liked schedules. They switch personalities, one day things go smooth, then the next day they are cranky pants all day long. They also fight their sleep so much, that its just stressful.

Lucie is so much easier.
Lucie, we figured out that she likes to fall asleep on her own w/a pasi, but she has to be really sleepy to fall asleep on her own. She sleeps longer. They eat dinner between 6:30 - 7pm. She gets sleepy between 7pm and 8:30 pm. Wants a bottle at midnight, diaper skipped. Another bottle between 4am - 4:30am . Sleep until like 6 am if Sophia does not wake her up.

Sophia, dinner between 6:30 - 7pm. She gets sleepy between 7pm and 8:30 pm. Wants a bottle at between 11:30 - midnight. I lay her down,
she wakes up. I lay her down she wakes up. this happens ever 30 min. Bottle between 3:30 - 4:30 am. Sleep til 5:30 to 6:30.

They are up by 6:30am. Get boys ready for school. Bottle at 7:30

Nap 8:30 - 9:30, usually 30-45 min Sophia does the same thing as night. I have to put her back to sleep in the middle of her naps.

The rest of the day goes with them eating every 3-4 hours. 4-6 oz. 1 meal of cerial w/fruit and one meal veggies/fruit.

Sophia will not sleep soundly.
Yeah on of my twins is so much easier too. I started leaving my shirt next to the girls when I put them in their beds, because they can still smell me. And then if they do stir, but it helps them stay asleep. You might want to try that. I even laid my shirt on my hubbie when he was holding one of them and she calmed down. Just a thought because she wakes up so much.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you.
